Yoga Teacher Trainings
It is a special moment in your life when you decide to sign up for a yoga teacher training. Whether you are looking to teach yoga or simply deepen your own practice, Sonya can be your guide. Sonya has been leading teacher trainings for over a decade, and she is the Program Director of 200 Hour Trainings at The Green Yogi. 
Moon Circles
Moon Circles are a monthly ritual event for women held on the new moon. We come together to develop a closer relationship to each other, to nature, and to our own wild souls. We remember that we as women are magic, and that we are more powerful together in sisterhood than we are alone.
Death Doula Services
As a Death Doula, Sonya is trained and experienced to provide non-medical holistic support for a person at the end of life. By considering each person’s unique situation and wishes, a death doula provides guidance through all of the emotional, practical, legal, and spiritual issues that arise.
