Retreats
Let’s rest and renew.
"Being on Retreat is an art. We come to be with our Self - to experience what is flowing and manifesting and shaping inside. How do I locate a place that is still and silent? Where is that stillness in the deep Self that I seek to have as a constant companion? As the true and eternal companion - that innate space of exquisite silence within.”

Spring Renewal - Day Retreat
Sunday April 13th, 2025
9am–6pm
Join us for a day-long wellness retreat with Yoga Instructor Sonya Genel Dresser ERYT500 and musician, poet and chef Rasa, in a gorgeous private venue with sweeping views of Tilden Park in the Berkeley Hills. This event is a perfect way to slow down, invoke balance, and practice inward reflection.
Come take a break from the stress of technology, work, media and politics. Enjoy yoga, healing music, and other mindfulness practices. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Connect with like-hearted community.
A delicious organic vegetarian meal will be served for your nourishment. Optional activities include: taking free time, sauna, cold plunge, journaling, tarot, hiking, or meditation.
